University of Southern California

2018 – 2022

I received my Master’s at the USC School of Social Work, where I collaborated with the Obama Foundation, conducted policy analysis for the City of Long Beach, provided academic advising and counseling for Transition Aged Youth (TAY), and facilitated weekly young women’s development groups.

The Sexual Health Alliance

2022-2023

Currently in the process of completing my sex therapist training with the SHA, I hold a kink certification and work with individuals, couples, and polycules in trauma-informed sex therapy.

My expected completion date is August 2023.

Trauma Resource Institute

2021–2023

I have been trained by the Trauma Resource Institute in Level 1 & 2 of the Trauma Resiliency Model.

My therapeutic work holds a trauma-informed lens that can be supportive for those with a history of sexual trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, and complex PTSD.

In my work, I help my clients reconnect with who they really are; who they were before systemic and environmental influences led them to disconnect from their inner world.

Stepping into a new story can mean restoring integrity in their lives. Let us deepen our understanding of our wants, needs, and desires to strengthen our boundaries & relearn the power of connection — to ourselves, others, and the world around us.

I see my role as that of a collaborator in this reclamation process.
